Jeremy Masten graduated from Midway High School in Waco, Texas, in 2001.  He studied political science at Howard Payne University and graduated summa cum laude in 2005.  After clerking in a family law office for a year, he enrolled at Baylor University School of Law.  At Baylor, he served as an executive editor of the law review and published an article on animal cruelty law in the fall of 2008.  He also served on the Order of the Barristers and as assistant to the Practice Court professor.

After graduating law school in May 2009, Mr. Masten moved to Baltimore, Maryland.  He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in December 2009 and represented plaintiffs in a major groundwater contamination lawsuit filed in Baltimore County.  Mr. Masten joined Arguello Hope & Associates, PLLC, in July 2011.

Mr. Masten and his wife, Desiree, live in Houston.  He enjoys watching movies, playing chess, and hiking.
