Mr. Dunning earned his graduate degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham where he majored in Philosophy and History. After a career at the Hoover Public Library in Hoover, Alabama, Mr. Dunning enrolled in the University of Alabama School of Law. As a law student, Mr. Dunning concentrated his studies on real property and commercial law while competing nationally on the law school’s Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team and acting as a senior editor of “The Journal of Legal Profession.” Since graduating from law school, Mr. Dunning has assisted hundreds of people obtain justice in a diverse array of legal matters including family law, bankruptcy, personal injury, medical malpractice, and construction issues.
Mr. Dunning is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the Bessemer Bar Association, and the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham. In his spare time Mr. Dunning enjoys golf, jogging, and college football.
